On 12 and 13 November 2026, the first ARTEMIS Dissemination Conference will bring together universities, researchers and stakeholders in Constanța to discuss the transformation and resilience of European regions.
1st ARTEMIS Dissemination Conference – “Regions, Diversity and Resilience”

The ARTEMIS European University Alliance invites researchers and regional stakeholders to contribute to its first dissemination conference. The event will explore the role of cooperation among universities, institutions and communities in supporting the transformation and resilience of European regions.
The call includes two types of contribution. PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers, researchers and academic staff may submit a paper or poster presenting their research. Public authorities, businesses, associations and other organisations may submit case studies, policy contributions, project presentations or round-table proposals highlighting practical experiences and regional collaboration. Organisations do not need to be formally associated with ARTEMIS as institutional partners to submit a proposal.
Conference topics include regional transformation, mobility and connectivity, inclusion, sustainability, innovation and health. Experiences developed through the ARTEMIS Living Labs, including the discussion on mobility launched in Perugia, may be relevant to the call. Their presentation would nevertheless require a proposal, which will be assessed by the organisers.
Proposals must be submitted by 22 September 2026 using the official application form. Applicants are expected to be notified of the outcome by 1 October. The registration deadline for accepted proposals is 20 October 2026. The form allows applicants to indicate a preference for participating in person or online; the format of any presentation will be determined by the organisers.
